It’s about that time: time for warmer weather, camping trips, water parks, pool time and of course, Ice Cream! To celebrate one of America’s favorite treats, we worked long and hard to create Neapolitan Dreams.
But what’s the best way to enjoy a nice cup of Neapolitan coffee? The same way you’d enjoy the ice cream: Ice cold.

There is a wonderful brewing method called a ‘flash brew’ that instantly cools your coffee as it’s brewing. It only requires a slight ratio change and you’ll be brewing coffee that seems a lot stronger, but turns out as the exact same strength that you’re used to. Intrigued yet?
I’m sure you’re already questioning, ‘Won’t it get watered down?’ ‘I only have a drip brewer! I can’t do a fancy iced coffee with just that’ Yes you certainly can! I’ll make it so simple you’ll wonder how you haven't done it before AND it won’t be watered down!
You could just brew it as cold brew, but I’m sure you want to try this flavor ASAP and flash brewing will give you that ability! Compared to cold brew, flash brewing takes minutes where with cold brew, you’d be waiting 18 hours. Flash brewing is a quick alternative to cold brew, providing a great iced coffee that won’t be diluted as long as your brew ratios are solid. Let’s dive right in!

Instructions:
1. Dump your coffee into the filter basket and shake slightly to even out the grounds.
2. Fill the pot with ice
3. When your water is ready, place your filter basket in the brewer and get rolling!
4. As the coffee brews, it will melt the ice. This will cool the coffee instantly, resulting in a ‘flash freeze’ brew!
5. Once the brewing process is complete, add ice to a glass and pour the coffee over it.
6. It’s ice cream flavored coffee, so we highly recommend that you use cream and sugar!
