    Ingredients:

    • Toddy
    • Water
    • Coffee (coarsely ground)

    Directions:

    1. Insert stopper into the bottom of the brewer.
    2. Wet the felt filter and insert in the inside of the brewing container.
    3. Place paper filter bag inside of the brewing container.
    4. Fill 12 oz of coarsely ground coffee
    5. Add 7 cups of room temperature water.
    6. Stir grinds to promote extraction.
    7. Leave covered at room temperature for 8-12 hours
    8. After time has elapsed, remove the stopper allowing coffee to pass through the filters.
    9. Serve in a one part coffee concentrate 3 parts water ratio, adjust to taste. 
    10. Concentrate can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
