Donation/Sponsorship Request

Our Commitment

At Utica Coffee Roasting, we believe in giving back to the community that supports us. Each year, we receive many requests for donations and sponsorships, and while we’re honored to be considered, we focus our resources on causes and events that align most closely with our mission and values.

What We Support

We prioritize requests that:

• Benefit local nonprofits, schools, or community events
• Create a positive impact in the communities where we live and work
  

Please note: We are unable to provide support for political groups, individuals, or organizations outside our service area.

How the Process Works

• Requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of your event or program.
• All applications are reviewed on a monthly basis.
• Due to the volume of requests, we are only able to contact organizations whose requests have been approved.
