The Contest: The contest is a random drawing from among valid entries
submitted on-line and a prize will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on
the number of correct entries received.
Entry: Valid entries can only be submitted electronically at
www.uticacoffeeroasting.com with all mandatory fields completed.
Dates: Contest entry dates are Tuesday, November 5, 2024 through Saturday,
November 30, 2024 at 11:59pm.
Prize: (1) Annual subscription for 10oz Adirondack Blend Coffee
delivered every 4 weeks to the address of your choice.
Eligibility: Contestants must be legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older and
possess a valid driver license. The winner of the Grand Prize must present
identification at the time of claiming the Grand Prize. If the selected winner fails
to claim the Prize within 24 hours, that drawing will be voided and another
drawing will be held. This process will be repeated, if needed, until the Prize is
claimed within the designated time.
Conditions: No purchase necessary.
The odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received. A
purchase will not increase chances of winning.
Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes in conjunction
with acceptance of any prize.
Winner is responsible for any costs related to the acceptance of the prize.

this contest, without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a

difficulties that results in a failure in the delivery of an eligible entry, printing or
typographical errors in any contest related materials or for eligible entries lost
due to computer failure.
Utica Coffee Roasting Co., in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify
any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Utica Coffee
Roasting Co. website or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.
Utica Coffee Roasting Co. further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or
modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or
technical failures of any sort.
Employees of Utica Coffee Roasting Co are not eligible to win.
