We want to thank you for continuing to support Utica Coffee Roasting and for being such valued customers. We want you to know that the health and wellbeing of our customers, our employees and our community has and always will be our top priority. We continue to closely monitor the evolving situation regarding Coronavirus (Covid-19).


We want to take this opportunity to inform you on what procedures we are have in place and continue to be exceptional diligent in following:
-Closely keeping up with any new information or recommendations given by the CDC (Center for Disease Control), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local agencies.
-Educating our employees on preventative measures provided by the CDC.
-Increasing the frequency and extent of our cleaning practices, such as additional disinfectant wipe downs of all hard surfaces including the kitchen, bathrooms, and seating area;
-Limited seating capacity in compliance with CDC and local guidelines.
-Continue to provide physical guides, such as tape on floors and signage, to ensure that individuals remain at least six (6) feet apart.
-Providing hand towels and soap in the bathrooms and employee sinks.
-Implementing heightened sanitation and hand-washing procedures for all employees.
-Discouraging all personal contact within our restaurants, including shaking of hands.
-Telling our staff if they have even the slightest of viral symptoms to stay at home.
-We have implemented our Utica Coffee To-Go Ordering! , which offers customers the opportunity to not only place their order but also to connect with us in a manner that ensures they feel safe and comfortable.
-Additionally, we will continue to follow guidance from local authorities regarding further developments.
