    Our mission here at Utica Coffee has always been to serve and represent the community we are proud to be a part of. While we have worked with the Center previously in the past, we are thrilled to be able to have this coffee on sale now to benefit their many services in helping refugees thrive and become a part of our community.

    UCR Is Keeping You Informed On How We Are Handling The Constant Changes of COVID-19

    We at Utica Coffee Roasting are committed to being there for you. We know through these uncharted waters comes so much turbulence to our everyday routine, so we want to ensure your experience with us can bring you some comfort during your day. We are and will always be committed to serving our customers.

    COVID-19 update:

    We at Utica Coffee Roasting wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching the ongoing, unprecedented situation of COVID-19.

    UCR has always prioritized the safety of our customers, and staff, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. That is why we continue to practice and enforce best practices for social distancing, requirement of face mask and proper hand sanitizing.

    As you know, safety recommendations - including those for you and our staff - changes in accordance to the CDC and our state recommendations. We continue to be well informed of all current requirements placed by the CDC, as well as, state and local health officials, and how to implement these considerations, making adjustments to meet the needs and circumstances of our community.

    In doing so we require all customers who enter our Cafe’s to wear masks while standing in all areas. We request all customers maintain the six-foot social distance requirement. Once you are seated at a table you may remove your mask ,however, only while you are seated.
    We expect all customers,as well as, staff members to adhere to all personal prevention practices, such as handwashing, environmental cleaning and disinfection.

    We have limited seating capacity to allow for social distancing. Since we have incorporated the limited seating requirement in both cafe’s we have also placed a time limit of 30 minutes to each table. Due to the decrease in seating we have our order up site , Utica Coffee To-Go Ordering! available,which allows for less contact with people along with fast and convenient pick up.

    We continue to provide physical guides, such as tape on floors and signage, to ensure that individuals remain at least 6 feet apart.

    Our staff is diligent with making sure to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces between use.

    All safety measures and protocols that we at UCR are practicing may seem at times to be a disruption to your day, however, our top priority is to ensure your well-being and health, as well as our staff, who are our family. We will continue to strive to provide the best customer experience as we continue to develop our business in these uncharted waters.
