Myanmar Moe Htet
Since 2004, the city of Utica has opened it's arms to over 3,500 refugees from Myanmar (formerly known as Burma). In making The Mohawk Valley their home, these residents are continuously giving back in our community, and help make Utica one of the most diverse cities in New York State! We are partnering with The Mohawk Valley Resource Center For Refugees, in promoting the well-being of culturally diverse individuals and families within our communities, welcoming our new neighbors. This coffee will directly benefit the MVRCR with proceeds being donated with each bag sold.
Aroma: Walnut and Sage
Flavor: Nougat, Orange Peel, Sweet
Moe Htet is a privately owned estate of 250 acres, located in Northern Shan State at 1,100 miles above sea level. Only fully ripe cherries are selectively handpicked. Once the cherries are harvested, it takes about two hours to deliver them to Mandalay Coffee Group where they are washed, dried and stored prior to exporting.
