What is black lime, you ask? Ripe limes are dried in the sun until they oxidize, turning black and savory, adding a touch of sourness. Add in some Black Urfa Chili flakes and our crisp Flake salt, and you get an earthy, slightly citrus-y kick with a hint of heat.
Based out of Syracuse NY, the Syracuse Salt Co. is run by a father-daughter duo native to the area who were inspired to start the company as an homage to Syracuse's history as the Salt City & their love for cooking.
